This page contains a list of participants at the workshop, ordered alphabetically after the last name, then first names. Please give us a notice if the information about you is incorrect, or if you are not listed here, but should be. Similarly, it would be nice if you give us a notice if you find yourself or somebody else here that you know should not be on the list.

NB: Currently, this list may not be correct. We are still awaiting information from authors about whether or not they will attend the workshop.
