Submitting

You can submit your papers by sending it to the general email address of the workshop.

Authors are invited to submit a short paper (5 pages) that describes their ideas, techniques, tools, experiences, etc. in the field of aspect-oriented software evolution. Papers should be submitted as PDF(preferred), PS or DOC using the ACM Conference format. All accepted papers will be published in the ACM Digital Library.

Workshop format

An important concern for the workshop is to provide authors with as much feedback as possible, both before as well as during the workshop.

All papers (of reasonable quality and appropriateness) will receive feedback from the members of the workshop's program committee. Each paper will be reviewed by at least two PC members, which are requested to provide comments on how the work/text can be improved in order to strengthen the chances of acceptance of a full paper.

All accepted papers will be invited to do a short presentation (10 minutes) during the workshop. In order to stimulate discussion about the paper, after the presentation the workshop participants will be split up in focus groups (20 minutes). The goal of each focus group is to provide written feedback to the authors. As a workshop participant, you will receive feedback forms for your focus group by the workshop organisers.
